Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure you can run in production
nsource is the boutique cloud practice of Oguzhan Coskun — an AWS-certified solutions architect based in London. I design and automate cloud platforms — IaC, Kubernetes, pipelines, security, and cost guardrails — so your organisation ships reliably, not on hope.
What you get: clearer runbooks, measurable cost and observability improvements, and platforms that stay compliant under audit — not slide-deck fiction.
Fintech · E-commerce · travel · regulated workloads · hybrid & multi-cloud

Why teams work with us
A few specifics — still no client logos — so you can see what “production-grade” means in practice.
Where we fit
High-transaction and regulated environments, Kubernetes estates at real scale, and organisations that need PCI-style rigour without freezing delivery.
Outcomes we drive
Stronger automation and guardrails, observability you can afford at scale, and cost work that shows up in the bill — not only in a roadmap deck.
Beyond delivery
Hands-on training (Python, Java, DevOps), long-form writing on Medium, open-source field guides (e.g. ubernodes, Kubernetes-native crypto-node operations), and public dialogue (e.g. AI Data Press on Kubernetes & AI-era infrastructure).
In the field
We keep learning where practitioners gather — e.g. AWS re:Invent and KubeCon — so recommendations reflect what ships today, not last year’s blog defaults.
Selected results — anonymised
- ~80% lower observability cost — re-architected a managed Prometheus service to self-hosted across 30+ EKS clusters, same SLA.
- ~70% network cost cut in high-traffic Kubernetes via prefix delegation and pod/subnet placement.
- 7 consecutive PCI-DSS audits passed — zero downtime, regulated financial-services workloads.
- 250k+ requests absorbed in under 30 minutes with zero downtime during an unannounced traffic surge.
Verified peer reviews
Independent, validated practitioner reviews on PeerSpot — written from production use, not marketing.
- Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu — automated weekly Ubuntu image hardening (Ansible + AMI pipeline) across 50+ CI/CD projects on AWS. Rated 10/10.
- Isovalent (Cilium) — eBPF networking, security and Hubble observability for high-traffic finance Kubernetes. Rated 9/10.
About
Who you’ll work with
I’m Oguzhan Coskun, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and cloud-native specialist with deep experience in enterprise-grade infrastructure. I combine strong engineering with practical judgment — modern AWS, Kubernetes, AI-assisted delivery where it helps, and architectures that stay understandable under audit and on-call. When an engagement needs more hands, I bring in a small circle of trusted senior specialists I’ve worked with for years.
Over a decade in production — since 2014 — across fintech, travel, and high-traffic consumer platforms, from regulated PCI-DSS estates to hybrid cloud and bare metal, plus bespoke application and WordPress work earlier in my career.
Services
What we do
We don’t sell a six-box service menu.
Every cloud shop lists the same boxes — IaC, CI/CD, security, FinOps. What you actually hire is judgment that has already been to production: patterns that survived real incidents, real audits, and real bills — including the failure modes nobody writes down.
It stays current because we run today’s systems and compare notes where practitioners gather — re:Invent, KubeCon — not last year’s blog defaults. We call it battle-tested know-how, and we put it in the open: our ubernodes field guide and long-form writing are the same knowledge we bring to your platform.
